Biography
Ana F. Olivares is an attorney in private practice and focuses on immigration law, including removal defense, family-based immigration, naturalization, and the Violence Against Women Act. Her interest in immigration law stems from being an immigrant herself. Ms. Olivares was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico and raised in Houston, TX. She has an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Olivares received her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 2006. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2007. Ms. Olivares is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
As a student at the University of Texas School of Law, Ms. Olivares participated in the school’s Immigration Clinic for two semesters where she represented clients in removal proceedings as a student attorney. After graduation, Ms. Olivares worked for Catholic Charities of Dallas, Inc., a nonprofit organization which provides immigration legal services to low-income people and to immigrant victims of crime and domestic violence. In 2007, she joined The Law Offices of Garry L. Davis, PC.
Ms. Olivares speaks fluent Spanish and has provided legal representation to many exclusively Spanish-speaking clients. Ms. Olivares is proud to help other fellow immigrants successfully navigate the complex world of U.S. immigration laws.

Biography
Garry L. Davis was licensed to practice law in Texas after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas in 2000. Since that time, Mr. Davis has focused exclusively on practicing Immigration Law and is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has successfully represented clients in deportation proceedings; nonimmigrant visa petitions, such as professional workers, intercompany transfers, religious workers, investors, international traders, and extraordinary ability; immigrant visa petitions, such as marriage and other family relations cases, multinational managers and executives, national interest waivers, outstanding professors and researchers, labor certification, and special immigrants, such as religious workers and victims of abuse; federal court proceedings, such as writs of mandamus and writs of habeas corpus; political asylum and withholding of removal; and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Mr. Davis is also highly experienced in counseling immigrants and criminal defense attorneys about the immigration consequences of criminal activity and on advising employers on immigration compliance issues.
Mr. Davis has been an invited presenter on immigration law at continuing legal education conferences and bar association meetings throughout the US and in Mexico. He has been selected by Texas Monthly Magazine as a "Rising Star Super Lawyer" on three occasions. He has also been included in Who's Who Among American Professionals and Executives. Recently, he was selected by his peers as one of the "Best Lawyers in America." Mr. Davis has served as the liaison for the American Immigration Lawyers Association with the Dallas, Texas Immigration Court, and on the AILA National Issues Development Committee.
