Event Information: This workshop will help determine whether a worker is an independent contractor or an employee under common law; we will examine the relationship between the worker and the business. All evidence of control and independence in the relationship will be covered. The facts that provide this evidence fall into three categories: 1) Behavioral Control; 2) Financial Control; and 3) Type of Relationship itself.
