Teresa is the owner and operator of TRC Tax Service, LLC in Austin TX. She has been preparing taxes for individuals and businesses for over 15 years. Congratulations to Bob Braun winner of our Net Book drawing at the IRS forums in Orlando, FL. Bob’s practice is located in Middletown, OH. near the boarders with Indiana and Kentucky. Bob has been a tax professional since 1966 providing tax preparation services to his clients for 43 years. Focusing on 1040’s, he prepares between 3200 and 3600 tax returns per year out of his single office with 3 preparers, and does not offer bank products. Many clients of his have moved out of the area, but still depend on him to prepare their tax returns. His office prepares returns for clients from 32 different states and is open year round also offering financial planning, payroll, and CPA services.

When asked about the Latino Tax Professionals Association website Steve said, “I think it’s very easy to read and follow. Anybody can use it; you don’t have to be Latino. There is good information posted there”. Steve’s firm is located in the small town of McPherson, KS. His firm was established in 1947 and he has been the owner and CPA since 2002. He prepares about 950 returns out of one office with three preparers. Steve mainly prepares returns or individuals, but also prepares farm and oil and gas returns. Steve’s firm also provides IRS defense services. Steve shared that on a previous trip to San Francisco, CA. he experienced a 5.1 magnitude earthquake. Steve said that in Kansas you know when the rough weather is coming and can prepare for it, but when it comes to earthquakes, you have no warning. |
