Your support for LTPA has been awesome, and it’s been our privilege to work with you and serve you for the past eight years. For 2019, we are ready for you, your team, and whatever comes next!

We are committed to improve what we do best and fix what went wrong last time and will continue to provide the quality and service that you came to us for in the first place. Let me take a moment to tell you what we’re doing to make the 2019 FEST the best tax and accounting conference throughout the industry, the United States, and the World! Join us as we continue this process and grow together!

Most of the feedback we received revolved around the crowds and classroom assignments, so to improve this, we are throwing out the system and returning to the original format we used for the previous 4 conferences. We will once again have a large English seminar room and a separate large Spanish seminar room, keeping you from changing classrooms every hour. Now you can just stay in your chosen room for the whole day while we bring the seminars to you! We’ve even improved our scanning system, so you can scan in and out directly from your seat!

We have nearly doubled the size of our venue at the MGM to adapt to the unprecedented growth we’ve experienced to ensure that our new quantity does not come at the expense of our quality.

And in case doubling the classroom sizes isn’t enough, overflow rooms with extra seating will be available and fully equipped with live audio and visual feeds of the seminars for any extra attendees that can’t safely fit in the classroom. No more standing in the hallways trying to get in or standing in the back because there aren’t any seats!

We’ve also worked to fix the confusing communication issues we experienced during the last conference. For example, many attendees thought that the 199A was a typo and didn’t want to attend what they thought was a 1099A seminar! This year, however, things like this will be clearly labeled, and we will confirm our schedules and class titles are both accurate and easy to understand, ensuring that it’s absolutely clear what each seminar is covering and when.

We also heard how difficult it was to get to the food court and eat in time to get back to class, so we’ve made food available for purchase in the Marketplace, in the registration area, and around the Partner Theatre during all lunch breaks. Of course, free pastries and coffee will also continue to be provided every morning along with hors d’oeuvres at the evening mixers! You will no longer need to walk all the way to the food courts or miss any seminars in order to get something to eat. Our venues will have food there, ready and waiting, every day.

We were also made aware of the difficulties people had with the distance between the rooms and the venue, so we worked with MGM to make sure there are rooms a lot closer to next year’s seminars. Simply ask MGM for details when you register, and you can cut your walk in half! Register early because those rooms will go fast!

In addition to the improvements and adjustments we’re making, we will continue to provide the groundbreaking and cutting-edge education, networking, and resources you came to us for in the first place.

We will continue to present the highest quality speakers and topics right to you!
